How this list is built
Source: Form 4 filings on SEC EDGAR, transaction code P (open-market or private purchase). Grants, option exercises, gifts and other acquisitions are not included. An “insider” is anyone who files a Form 4 for the company: officers, directors and holders of more than 10% of a class of its stock, including investment firms.
When two people report the same purchase (for example a director and the fund they represent), it is counted once and the second reporter is listed underneath. Purchases priced far from the stock’s market price, companies no longer trading, and ETFs, closed-end funds and SPACs are left out. Each insider’s name opens a page with every Form 4 transaction on record for them; the Form 4 link opens the latest filing behind the row on SEC EDGAR.
