13F Pro (13fpro.ai) provides stock research tools, AI-generated analysis, and institutional 13F filing data sourced from public SEC EDGAR filings. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Not investment advice

13F Pro is an information and research platform. Nothing on the site — including AI scores, rankings, analyst-style commentary, alerts, or community posts — is investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Markets involve risk; do your own research and consult a licensed professional before making investment decisions. Data may contain errors or delays and is provided “as is.”

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 to subscribe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape at scale, resell data, or violate these terms.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans (Pro, Pro+) bill through Stripe monthly or annually and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues through the end of the paid period. Plan changes are prorated by Stripe.
• Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unauthorized scraping or bulk redistribution of our data or scores, no attempts to breach security, no unlawful content in community areas, and no use of the service to spam or harass. Community posts are your responsibility; we may remove content that violates these rules.

Intellectual property

The platform, its design, scores, and analysis are ours or our licensors’. Underlying SEC filing data is public domain. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own research.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for investment losses or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
