Who we are

13F Pro (“we,” “us”) operates 13fpro.ai, an AI-powered stock research and institutional 13F tracking platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and, if you use social sign-in, your name and profile photo from that provider.
• Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we retain only your subscription status and Stripe customer reference.
• Usage data. We collect analytics about how the site is used (pages viewed, features used, approximate location from IP, device type) through PostHog to improve the product.
• Content you create. Watchlists, community posts, and preferences you save on the platform.
• Email engagement. If you receive our emails (sent via Resend), we record delivery and open/click events so we can stop sending what you don’t read.

How we use it

• To provide and improve the service, including personalized features like watchlist alerts.
• To process subscriptions and send transactional or product emails (you can unsubscribe from non-essential email at any time via the link in each message).
• To understand aggregate usage and fix problems.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors that run the service: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), PostHog (analytics), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, preferences, and analytics. Your browser settings can limit cookies, though sign-in requires them.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us (below); we will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to records we must keep for billing or legal compliance.

YouTube and other Google services

Our internal publishing tools use YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel. These tools do not access any YouTube data belonging to our users. Google’s handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Children

13F Pro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
