Shell: War Premium Goldmine Shell posted annual revenue of and free cash flow of $16.6B in their latest results. With oil spiking above $115/barrel, this war premium is pure gravy for Shell's bottom line. The stock trades at a ridiculously cheap 5.6x forward earnings — an insane discount to its historical average. This oil supermajor has monster upside as long as crude stays elevated. Amazon: Margin Squeeze Exposed Amazon reported quarterly revenue of $213.4B and EPS of in their latest results. However, their net margin has slipped to just as inflationary pressures squeeze their business. This signals Amazon's pricing power is starting to crack, which could lead to further multiple compression down the road. At 50x forward earnings, the stock still looks overvalued compared to its growth profile. I'm cautious on the name until they can demonstrate better margin stability.
