About us
13F Pro is run independently with zero outside funding. We're not a brokerage, not a fund, and not for sale. Our job is to surface what's hiding in plain sight inside SEC filings — and to make it usable by someone who has thirty minutes a week, not thirty hours.
Every quarter, hedge funds and corporate insiders disclose what they own and trade. That data is public — but it's spread across millions of filings, formatted for lawyers, and priced for institutions. We point AI at it so the everyday investor gets what the analysts get: rankings, scoring, fact-checked summaries, and actionable insights — in plain English, in seconds.
Our mission
Institutional-grade research has always been priced for institutions. The terminals and data subscriptions that carry this kind of information — 13F flows, XBRL financials, insider activity, screening across thousands of names — are sold per seat to funds, and the price reflects who is expected to be sitting in the seat. A retail investor is not that person, so retail generally gets the leftovers: a delayed quote, a headline, and someone else's opinion about both.
We priced this at $9.99 a month — or $6.67 if you pay for the year — because the underlying data is public. Every figure on this site comes from SEC EDGAR, which is free to anyone who can parse it. What costs money is making it usable: the ingestion, the scoring, the servers, and the checking that keeps a wrong number off the page. That is a real bill, and it is a much smaller one than a seat licence.
The commitment is that it stays affordable. Not a promotional rate that resets, and not a free tier designed to become unusable. The point of building this was that a normal investor should be able to see what the institutions filed, in a form they can actually read, for the price of a couple of coffees.
If the site is useful to you, subscribing is how it keeps running. It is a small monthly amount from people who find it worth something, rather than a large one from a few — and it is genuinely what keeps the lights on here.
And if something looks wrong, or there is something you want this to do that it does not, tell us through Contact Support. Feature requests and bug reports land in the same inbox and are read — a lot of what is on this site started as one.
